Is this tour suitable for children and elderly guests?

Can we request special photo spots or extra time at certain islands?

Absolutely. Since it’s a private tour, you decide the pace. Just inform our guide before departure if you’d like more time for flycam shots, snorkeling, or relaxing on the beach.

What happens if the weather is bad or raining?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule or offer a full refund. Your safety is our top priority.

Do we need to bring anything for the tour?

We recommend:

  • Light clothing, swimsuit, towel

  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat

  • Waterproof phone case (optional)

  • Personal medicine if needed
    Snorkeling gear and life jackets are provided.

Is hotel pickup included? How does it work?

Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off in Phu Quoc center are included. Our driver will contact you 10-15 minutes before pickup time for confirmation.

What is the maximum group size for the private canoe?

For comfort, we recommend up to 15 guests per canoe. If your group is larger, we can arrange multiple canoes or special arrangements. Contact us for VIP group bookings.

Can we pay upon arrival or do we need to prepay?

You can secure your booking with a small deposit and pay the remaining balance on the day of the tour. We accept multiple payment options: cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet.

Are the guides able to speak English?

Yes, our guides can communicate in English to assist international guests and ensure you fully enjoy the experience.

Can I request drone photos and videos?

Yes. Our tour includes free flycam service at selected islands. You’ll receive beautiful aerial shots as part of your memory package.

Is this tour safe for non-swimmers or first-time snorkelers?

Yes! Life jackets are provided, and our staff will assist beginners during snorkeling activities to ensure a fun and safe experience.
